Quality Management Process

Sovereign Guards Limited utilizes the total quality management (TQM) technique in the management of all contracts. In the employment of this technique, we integrate the quality management system framework of the revised ISO9000: 2000 series. Our approach to management is therefore customer focused, leadership driven, people involvement oriented, process and system management approaches, desire for continual improvement, factual approach to decision making as well as promote mutually beneficial relationships.

Mobile Patrol / Armed Response Team

In conjunction with the hourly radio check-in, our operations include mobile patrol of all our locations both day and night. Each night shift Mobile Patrol team is equipped a minimum of two armed policemen to patrol all locations. The armed police mobile patrol team also acts as emergency/distress response team. The patrol vehicles are connected to our radio network to enhance continuous monitoring, dissemination of information and coordination of activities.
